Wellpass does not charge any fees for using the interface. However, please check with your software provider if any fees apply on their side before activation.

How to activate the integration:

  1. Contact your Aidoo representative or the support team for an initial consultation.

  2. Once we receive the activation request from Aidoo, we’ll send you a contract addendum and prepare everything in our systems.

  3. You’ll receive a confirmation email from us, and after Aidoo’s final activation—you’re good to go!

Box Planner

Your benefits:

  • Easier access to your facility and a user-friendly check-in experience for Wellpass members

  • Simplified attendance tracking of Wellpass members

  • Reduced workload for your team—no additional QR code scanning required

  • No fees are charged by Wellpass for using the interface

How to activate:

You can submit your activation request directly to Wellpass using the following form: CLICK HERE

Once we receive your request, we’ll send you a contract addendum and prepare everything in our systems.

You’ll receive a confirmation email, and you’re all set!

Bsport

Your benefits:

  • Only verified members can book classes directly via the Wellpass app.

  • Members no longer need to create a separate bsport account to sign up for your classes. The account is conveniently and automatically set up via the interface.

  • Alternative booking processes (e.g., €0 tickets) in bsport are no longer required for Wellpass members.

  • Wellpass does not charge any fees for using the interface. Please check directly with bsport before activation regarding any potential fees on their end.

How the activation works:

  • Activate the Wellpass integration one time via the bsport back office. You can find more information on how to complete the activation via bsport on the following page: CLICK HERE.

  • Once activated by Wellpass, Wellpass members can immediately book classes directly through the Wellpass app.

  • The booked classes will then be displayed in bsport as Wellpass bookings.

DSB-Hector

DSB-Hector Interface

Eversports

Eversports Interface

Your benefits:

  • Only verified Wellpass members can book classes directly via the Wellpass app

  • No need to manually create or manage Wellpass members in Eversports

  • No more alternative booking processes (e.g., €0 tickets) needed for Wellpass members in Eversports

  • No fees charged by Wellpass for using the interface

How to activate:

  1. Activate the Wellpass integration once via the Eversports portal

  2. After activation in the Eversports portal, submit your activation request to Wellpass via this form: CLICK HERE

  3. Once activated by Wellpass, Wellpass members will be able to book classes directly via the Wellpass app

  4. Booked classes will appear in your Eversports system as Wellpass bookings

Fitness Nation

Fitness Nation Interface

  • Members can register independently via the Fitness Nation app

  • Easier access to your facility and a smooth check-in experience for Wellpass members

  • Simplified attendance tracking of Wellpass members

  • No fees charged by Wellpass for using the interface

How to activate:

  2. After we receive your request, we’ll send you a contract addendum and coordinate the next steps with Fitness Nation

  3. You’ll then receive an email from us with the necessary credentials to complete the activation on your side within your admin settings

Mindbody

Your benefits of the Wellpass interface

The direct integration of Wellpass into mindbody significantly simplifies the booking process for you and your members:

  • Verified Bookings: Only actively verified Wellpass members can book classes directly via the Wellpass app.

  • No mindbody account hassle: Wellpass members no longer need to create a separate mindbody account manually. It is conveniently and automatically set up via the interface.

  • Unified booking process: Alternative booking processes (e.g., creating €0 tickets) in mindbody are no longer required for Wellpass members.

  • Free of charge on the Wellpass side: Wellpass does not charge any fees for using the interface.

  • Important Note: Please check directly with mindbody before activation regarding any potential fees on their end.

How the activation works:

  • Submit activation request: Send your activation request directly by email to: [email protected].

  • Receive documents & preparation: Upon receiving your request, we will send you the following documents: an addendum to the cooperation agreement, an activation link, and instructions on how to create a special Wellpass pricing option required for the integration.

  • Confirmation and start: As soon as all steps are completed, you will receive a confirmation from us via email – and you are ready to go!

YOND

Themisoft

Your benefits:

  • Direct assignment of transponders to Wellpass members is possible right within TS-Studio.

  • Streamlined attendance tracking for all Wellpass members.

How the activation works:

  • Contact Themisoft via email at [email protected] and let them know that you would like to activate the Wellpass check-in integration.

  • Themisoft will clarify the technical details with you and then forward the request to us.

  • You will receive a digital contract addendum from us. Once this is signed, we will send the activation data to Themisoft within 10 business days.

  • Following this, Themisoft will guide you through a joint onboarding process to complete the final setup of the interface in your system.
