Where do I get my login credentials for the EGYM Operator Portal?
You’ll receive an activation email with your login credentials a few days after we’ve received the signed contract documents.
If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot password” function on the login page.
If you’re unsure which email address is linked to your account, simply email us at [email protected] and we’ll send you your login details.
💡 Also check your spam folder in case our email ended up there. The activation email for the portal comes with the subject line "Confirm your registration with EGYM" and is sent by "EGYM".

For the monthly payouts, we require your bank details and the corresponding tax number for your facility.
To submit new bank information, please send an email to [email protected].

💡You can edit your gym profile—including contact details, images, description, opening hours, listed activities and services, and booking info—directly via the EGYM Partner Portal.
Log in to the Partner Portal and click the Wellpass button in the black top menu, then go to the My Gym Profile tab.
Enter your desired changes in the form.
Click Save at the bottom.
Your updates will be visible immediately in our studio search.

You can view all check-ins recorded at your facility in real time via the EGYM Operator Portal.
Simply go to www.egym.com and log in with your credentials.
Under the “Wellpass / Qualitrain” section and then “Check-ins”, you’ll find your overview.
If needed, you can also download a monthly report directly from there.

After the monthly billing is completed, you can find your credit notes in the EGYM Operator Portal.
Simply go to www.egym.com and log in with your credentials.
Under the “EGYM Wellpass” section, you can track your check-ins and download your credit notes directly.
