Start of your membership
The membership always begins on the first of the month. Please note that you must register by the 15th or 20th of the previous month. You can see which deadline applies to your company during the registration process via your company’s sign-up link or by contacting your EGYM Wellpass representative.
💡Starting from your membership start date, all offers in the Wellpass app will be unlocked. However, you can log in to the app even before your official start.

As an EGYM Wellpass member, you can enjoy unlimited access to most of our partners' offerings. For more details about each partner’s services, visit our website and use the studio finder.
If you are already a member of an EGYM Wellpass partner studio, they will usually allow you to pause your current contract. Please check directly with the studio for more information.
Initial orientation
Initial orientation
During your first gym visit as part of your EGYM Wellpass membership, you may be required to complete a one-time introductory training session. This ensures training quality and helps you get familiar with the equipment and available services. Please schedule an appointment with the studio of your choice before your first workout to complete this orientation.
The introductory training usually costs a one-time fee of €44, which goes directly to the studio and must be paid on-site. In some cases, this fee may be higher or may still be charged by a studio even if you already paid it at a different location. To avoid surprises, we recommend checking the studio-specific conditions in advance via our studio finder.
Depending on the studio, the fee may be waived—for example, if you were previously a member at that location or have already completed an orientation elsewhere. Please discuss this directly with the studio.
We also recommend asking the studio to provide written confirmation once your orientation is complete.
💡If you cancel your membership and later reactivate it using the same login credentials, the orientation fee will not be charged again.

Membership confirmation
You can request your membership confirmation directly through the Wellpass app. Tap your profile on the home screen, select “My Membership,” and request the confirmation. It will be sent within a few minutes to the email address linked to your Wellpass account.
💡How to print your membership confirmation
Open the email containing your membership confirmation.
Tap the arrow icon at the bottom of your phone screen.
Once the menu opens, tap “Print.”
Select your printer and print the confirmation in your desired format.

Open the email in your mail app
Tap the share or three-dot menu icon
Select "Print"
Apple: Zoom in on the preview with two fingers → the PDF will be created
Android: Select "Save as PDF" as the printer
Tap "Share" or "Save" to shore the PDF locally or send it

You can find all important information about class bookings in the studio profile of your chosen partner via our studio search.
💡Many classes can be booked directly through the Wellpass app.
You can also easily cancel your booking via the app. Please make sure to follow our cancellation policy.
After each class booking through the Wellpass app, you will also receive a confirmation email.

With your Wellpass membership, you have access to all offers in Germany and Austria. Unfortunately, it is not possible to use our partner facilities in France, England, or the USA
Using Wellpass During Parental Leave
Using Wellpass During Parental Leave
Since Wellpass is a corporate fitness provider, your membership is generally tied to active employment with your company. As the employment relationship is in a "dormant" phase during parental leave, access to the program is not covered by default.
How to find out if you can continue your training:
Special Agreements: We have special agreements in place with some companies. In these cases, the companies decide individually whether they will continue to subsidize the membership and allow access during parental leave.
Check with your Company: Since these regulations are managed internally by each employer, please contact your HR department directly to find out how your company handles this.
💡What happens if continued use is not supported?
If your company does not support membership during parental leave, your membership must be temporarily canceled. As soon as you return from parental leave and are actively working again, you can easily reactivate your membership and resume your training as usual.
