Smartphone requirements for using the EGYM Wellpass app
In the future, the EGYM Wellpass app will only be supported on Android versions 8.0 and above, or iOS version 15 and above. The reason for this is that data synchronization with connected apps no longer works reliably on older versions.
If you are currently using the EGYM Wellpass app on an older version, you can continue to do so for now — however, future updates will no longer be available.

Log in to the app by tapping the “Log in” button and entering your email address and the password you used during registration.
💡If you’ve forgotten your password, you can reset it using the “Forgot password” option.

Can I use EGYM Wellpass without a smartphone?
Using Wellpass without a smartphone has no longer been possible since August 1, 2024.
This change is part of our increased focus on sustainability, efficiency, and data security. By replacing handwritten check-in lists with digital solutions, we aim to reduce paper consumption and contribute to environmental protection. At the same time, we’re making the check-in process easier for both our members and partner studios.
Additionally, electronic systems offer greater security and accuracy when handling personal and sensitive information.

Please scan the QR code at the entrance of the EGYM Wellpass partner studio during every visit and show your digital ticket to the staff. A stable internet connection is required for check-in — if needed, use the studio’s Wi-Fi.
💡In your Wellpass app, you’ll find a blue QR code icon at the bottom center. Tap it to open the scanner and generate your check-in.
💡You do not need to check out when leaving the studio.

Please open your favorite studio in our studio search and check under “Important info about the check-in process” to see if “Studio card for EGYM Wellpass members” is listed.
Also, check with the studio staff directly. If you’ve never provided your verification TAN at that studio, check-ins using a studio card will not be automatically registered for Wellpass. In that case, always check in using the EGYM Wellpass app to ensure the studio is properly compensated for your visit.
Only once you've submitted your verification TAN at the studio and the staff confirms that your wristband or card is now linked to EGYM Wellpass, you no longer need to check in via the app. If you're unsure whether your TAN is on file, it’s safer to check in with the app. Ask the staff to confirm whether your verification TAN has been stored.
💡You’ll find your verification TAN in the Wellpass app. Tap your profile picture (top right) and then select the fifth menu item: “Verification TAN.”

If the EGYM Wellpass app isn’t working as expected, you can check here to see if there’s a known system-wide issue. If there is an ongoing disruption, it will be visible under the fifth bar labeled "Wellpass."
If no issue is reported, please make sure:
Your internet connection is stable
Your app is updated to the latest version

Uninstall and reinstall the app
