How is eligibility for participation validated?
How is eligibility for participation validated?
With the HR system integration, only eligible individuals can register for EGYM Wellpass. If an employee leaves the company and an exit date is entered in your HR system, the employee will be automatically deregistered from EGYM Wellpass within a few hours, effective on the last day of their final working month. If the exit date changes, the end date of the Wellpass membership is adjusted accordingly.

Yes, that’s possible—as long as the company locations are defined in your HR system. If there are internal changes, it’s important that you inform us so we can make the necessary adjustments.
For example:
Only Munich employees can register via registration page A
Only Berlin employees via page B
All other employees via page C
💡 With the integration, it's not possible for a Berlin employee to register via the Munich page.
If you open a new office in Cologne, you’ll receive a new registration page for that location. The integration will link Cologne to its page, ensuring only employees from Cologne can register there.
