Why is the usage limit being adjusted to 10 check-ins per month?
Why is the usage limit being adjusted to 10 check-ins per month?
With 10 check-ins per calendar month, we continue to offer you full flexibility for your regular training—that’s an average of 2 to 3 workouts or class visits per week! 🏋️♂️✨
Our core goal is to provide you with a reliable, high-quality, and versatile sports network. This adjustment was necessary to ensure fair compensation for our partner studios and to keep offering the Plus1 option reliably and sustainably in the future.
Why does this restriction not apply to primary members?
Why does this restriction not apply to primary members?
EGYM Wellpass is a corporate fitness provider. The Plus1 offer is a special add-on product for partners or family members of primary members and is based on its own pricing structure. The conditions for primary memberships, on the other hand, are governed by the respective framework agreements with our corporate partners.
Can I increase my limit for an additional fee or unlock more check-ins?
Can I increase my limit for an additional fee or unlock more check-ins?
No, that is not possible.
The Plus1 membership is a fixed product without variable add-on options. Individual check-ins cannot be purchased, and the limit cannot be customized for an additional fee.
Can I roll over unused check-ins to the next month?
Can I roll over unused check-ins to the next month?
No, check-ins cannot be rolled over.
Your allowance of 10 check-ins is reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused check-ins from the previous month expire at the end of the month.
What exactly counts as a check-in?
What exactly counts as a check-in?
Each successful on-site visit to a partner facility as well as each confirmed class booking via the Wellpass app deducts 1 check-in from your monthly allowance.
Good to know:
Check-in options: A check-in takes place as usual via Smart Check-in (GPS via the app), by scanning a QR code, or using your personal access medium (RFID wristband/card) on site.
Class booking via the app: Booking a class directly in the Wellpass app includes the subsequent on-site check-in—both together naturally count as a single check-in.
(The correct process:
➡️ First, you book your class via the Wellpass app.
➡️ On site, you check in as usual via the Wellpass app.
✅ One valid visit is deducted from your check-in allowance.)
💡 External booking tools: If you book classes via external platforms (e.g., Eversports, studio-specific apps, or by phone), please quickly check your Wellpass app beforehand to make sure you have enough check-in allowance remaining for the current month.
Do online offers count toward my monthly limit?
Do online offers count toward my monthly limit?
No. 😊
You can continue to use all digital services within the Wellpass app without restrictions. Live online classes, partner apps, and on-demand workouts do not count toward your 10 monthly on-site check-ins.

You can check your remaining balance for the current calendar month at any time directly at the top of the Wellpass app home screen, as well as under "My membership".

As soon as you have used your 10 check-ins in the current calendar month, the following applies:
Current month: No further on-site check-ins or class bookings can be made for the rest of the month ❌
Future months: Advance bookings for classes taking place in upcoming months remain fully possible (up to 10 per month) ✅
Digital offers: Partner apps, live online classes, and on-demand workouts in the app remain available without limit ✅
How to stay on top of your balance: You can view your remaining allowance for the current month transparently in the Wellpass app—right at the top of the home screen or in your profile under "My membership".
What happens in case of cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows for classes?
What happens in case of cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows for classes?
Depending on how and when you adjust a booking, the following rules apply:
On-time cancellation: If you cancel a class on time within the cancellation window, the check-in is immediately credited back to your monthly allowance. 😊
Late cancellation & no-show: If you cancel a class too late or fail to show up for your session, no additional check-in will be deducted from your monthly allowance.
💡Note: Any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be billed separately according to our guidelines. (For details, please refer to our article "Everything About Class Bookings").
