Cancellation of your membership
💡You no longer want to use your membership and wish to cancel it at the earliest possible date?
You can cancel your EGYM Wellpass membership via the following link: https://app.egym-wellpass.com/my-memberships/
Cancellations for the end of the month must be submitted by the 15th of that month.
After successfully cancelling, you will receive an automated confirmation email.
Please note: If your registration was handled directly by your company’s designated contact person, please also contact them for your cancellation.

💡You want your membership to be inactive for a certain period?
Due to our flexible monthly registration and cancellation policy, we currently do not offer the option to pause your membership.
However, you can temporarily cancel your membership and re-register once you're ready to start using Wellpass again.
You can cancel your membership via the following link: https://app.egym-wellpass.com/my-memberships/
Later on, you can reactivate your membership through your company’s registration link or the Plus1 invitation link using the “Welcome Back Login” option.

💡Your employment is ending and you wish to cancel your membership?
Wellpass memberships do not automatically end when you leave your company.
They must be cancelled either by you or by your employer, and within the applicable cancellation period.
Cancellations for the end of the month must be submitted by the 15th of that month.

Cancellation of your termination
If you’ve just cancelled your membership but want to continue using it, you can cancel your termination immediately via the designated button right after completing the cancellation.
💡After cancelling your termination, you’ll receive a confirmation email.
In general, you can still reverse your cancellation up until the 15th of the month via this link: https://app.egym-wellpass.com/my-memberships/
Please enter a cancellation reason again and log in with your credentials.
Then select the "Withdraw cancellation" button and your membership will continue as usual.
💡After the 15th of the month, you’ll need to reactivate your membership yourself by the 20th to avoid any interruption.
