Payment of the EGYM Wellpass membership fee
Payment of the EGYM Wellpass membership fee
Payment for your Wellpass membership is handled according to your employer’s setup—either via direct debit from your bank account or through deduction from your payroll.
Due to the transition to Adyen, our payment processing tool, direct debits may appear on your bank statement as a “First direct debit via Adyen.” This message only appears during the initial transaction, even if your EGYM Wellpass membership has been active for some time.
