Changing your registered data

Personal data (first and last name or email address)

You’ll need to update your personal details (first and last name or email address) yourself via the following EGYM login: https://www.egym.com/mvc/login

As a subsidiary of EGYM, these details must be changed within the shared EGYM database using this link.

If you experience any issues, our chatbot will be happy to assist you.

Password

You can reset your password using the “Forgot password” button or via the following link: app.egym-wellpass.com/password-reset

Bank details

If you pay EGYM Wellpass directly, your membership fee is debited directly from your bank account.

To update your bank details, please log in yourself via the following link using your email address and password (the same as in the app):
app.egym-wellpass.com/login

Then click on “Your payment details” in the left-hand menu to update your bank information.

Data deletion

Would you like to have your data stored with EGYM Wellpass deleted? For data protection reasons, this cannot be done independently in the app – but we’re happy to take care of it for you!

💡 Important: To ensure that all relevant information reaches us completely and accurately, the data deletion request must be submitted via our digital assistant Wellbuddy (chatbot).

Data deletion can only be carried out once your membership has been canceled and fully expired.

➡️ Here’s how it works: Open the Wellbuddy chat (website or app) and select the path Data Adjustment → Data Deletion.
