Why is the usage limit being adjusted to 10 check-ins per month?
With 10 check-ins per calendar month, we continue to offer you full flexibility for your regular workouts—averaging 2 to 3 training sessions or classes per week! 🏋️♂️✨ The greatest advantage remains yours: maximum flexibility with no fixed studio commitment and a free choice from our entire Plus1 partner network.
Our core mission is to provide you with a reliable, high-quality, and diverse sports network. To guarantee fair compensation for our partner studios and ensure that we can offer the Plus1 program sustainably in the future, this update was essential.
Please understand that we are implementing this update uniformly for all Plus1 contracts as of January 1, 2027, and cannot make any exceptions.

Starting January 1, 2027, a limit of 10 check-ins per calendar month will apply to Plus1 memberships.
To ensure you can continue using your Plus1 membership as usual in the new year, your active consent to the updated terms is required. We sent you an email regarding this on October 15, 2026.
You can easily agree to the new terms:
Via the consent button in the email sent on October 15, 2026
Or directly within your Wellpass app
💡 You have until November 26, 2026 to make your decision.

If you do not accept the new terms, you can still continue using your Plus1 membership unchanged under your current conditions until December 31, 2026.
Please note: The general T&C updates (changes to secondary obligations—i.e., all points not directly related to the Plus1 check-in quota) will take effect universally on December 1, 2026, and apply from that date onward regardless.
💡 Important notice on continuing your membership: As we are discontinuing the Plus1 product in its current form as of January 1, 2027, we unfortunately cannot continue your Plus1 membership into the new year under the old conditions. If we have not received your consent by the deadline, your membership will therefore be cancelled on November 27, 2026, effective December 31, 2026.

EGYM Wellpass is a corporate fitness provider. The Plus1 offer is a special add-on product for partners or family members of primary members and is based on its own pricing structure. The conditions for primary memberships, on the other hand, are governed by the respective framework agreements with our corporate partners.

Your allowance of 10 check-ins is reset on the first day of each calendar month. Unused check-ins from the previous month expire at the end of the month.
What exactly counts as a check-in?
What exactly counts as a check-in?
Each successful on-site visit to a partner facility as well as each confirmed class booking via the Wellpass app deducts 1 check-in from your monthly allowance.
Good to know:
Check-in options: A check-in takes place as usual via Smart Check-in (GPS via the app), by scanning a QR code, or using your personal access medium (RFID wristband/card) on site.
Class booking via the app: Booking a class directly in the Wellpass app includes the subsequent on-site check-in—both together naturally count as a single check-in.
(The correct process:
➡️ First, you book your class via the Wellpass app.
➡️ On site, you check in as usual via the Wellpass app.
✅ One valid visit is deducted from your check-in allowance.)
💡 External booking tools: If you book classes via external platforms (e.g., Eversports, studio-specific apps, or by phone), please quickly check your Wellpass app beforehand to make sure you have enough check-in allowance remaining for the current month.
Do online offers count toward my monthly limit?

No. 😊
You can continue to use all digital services within the Wellpass app without restrictions. Live online classes, partner apps, and on-demand workouts do not count toward your 10 monthly on-site check-ins.

You can check your remaining balance for the current calendar month at any time directly at the top of the Wellpass app home screen, as well as under "My membership".

As soon as you have used your 10 check-ins in the current calendar month, the following applies:
Current month: No further on-site check-ins or class bookings can be made for the rest of the month ❌
Future months: Advance bookings for classes taking place in upcoming months remain fully possible (up to 10 per month) ✅
Digital offers: Partner apps, live online classes, and on-demand workouts in the app remain available without limit ✅
How to stay on top of your balance: You can view your remaining allowance for the current month transparently in the Wellpass app—right at the top of the home screen or in your profile under "My membership".

What happens in case of cancellations, late cancellations, or no-shows for classes?
Depending on how and when you adjust a booking, the following rules apply:
On-time cancellation: If you cancel a class on time within the cancellation window, the check-in is immediately credited back to your monthly allowance. 😊
Late cancellation & no-show: If you cancel a class too late or fail to show up for your session, no additional check-in will be deducted from your monthly allowance.
💡Note: Any applicable fees for late cancellations or no-shows will be billed separately according to our guidelines. (For details, please refer to our article "Everything About Class Bookings").

We are continuing to expand our partner network so that you have access to an ever-growing number of locations. For every visit you make, the respective partner studio receives fair and appropriate compensation from us. To sustainably guarantee this high level of quality and the ongoing expansion of our network, a price reduction is unfortunately not possible.
Please note: Purchasing or booking additional check-ins via the Wellpass app is neither technically nor contractually supported.

Update the app: Check the App Store or Google Play Store to ensure the latest app update is installed.
Log in again: Log out of the Wellpass app and log back in.

Do you have any further concerns regarding this change?
Do you have any further concerns regarding this change?
We completely understand that changes to your usual scope of benefits can lead to frustration and disappointment. Our initial communication in September regarding the planned T&C update certainly did not go as it should have either. We are deeply sorry for this and fully understand the uncertainty it created.
However, we kindly ask for your understanding that after carefully reviewing all available options, the decision for this adjustment is now final: To make this transition as smooth as possible for you, we are granting all Plus1 members two additional months of unlimited access under the current conditions. On January 1, 2027, the transition will definitively take place, and the unlimited Plus1 product in its previous form will be discontinued.
This policy applies uniformly to all Plus1 members as of the effective date and is non-negotiable. Our support team also has no discretion in this matter and cannot make individual exceptions or provide alternative information.
