Cancellation policies

Please make sure to follow the cancellation policies for classes.
If you cancel in time, we can offer your spot to another member. This way, everyone has a fair chance to join the class, and no one misses the opportunity to participate. 👍

💡 Cancellation deadlines may vary depending on the partner. You can find the exact details directly in the booking information for each class.

➡️ For class bookings that are not made through the Wellpass app, please contact the partner directly regarding their cancellation policies.

Cancellation fees

If a class is booked but not attended or canceled too late, the member must reimburse Wellpass for the resulting costs.

➡️ A fee of 10 EUR applies for a booked class that is neither attended nor canceled.

➡️ In case of a late cancellation, the fee is reduced to 5 EUR.

💡 The stated amounts will be automatically charged to the stored payment method four days after the missed or late-canceled class. By booking a class, the member explicitly agrees to this regulation (see Section 8 of our Terms & Conditions).

Partner/studio-initiated class cancellation

If your class was canceled by the partner/studio, no fee will be charged. 👍

💡 If you still receive a payment request in this case, please contact us directly. To do so, use the chatbot at the bottom right and follow the path “Cancelled and missed classes.”

Email regarding a missed class after attending

💡 Did you attend the class but still receive a “missed class” email?

Possible reasons could be:
➡️ The check-in was not successfully recorded.

➡️ To link your check-in with the class, you must scan the QR code within one hour before the class starts or up to 30 minutes after it ends. Your check-in may have fallen outside this time frame.

➡️ You booked more than one class with the same partner on the same day.
