Would you like to visit a swimming pool that is one of our EGYM Wellpass partners, but there's no QR code check-in available on-site? No problem – in these cases, you can submit your pool ticket for reimbursement.
👉 Important: This only applies to selected partner pools where usage is explicitly handled via ticket purchase and reimbursement. You can check whether your pool qualifies through the studio search.
Here’s how to submit your ticket:
Keep your ticket
Hold on to your original purchased pool ticket or the digital payment receipt.Scan or photograph the ticket
Make sure the document is fully legible – including the date, time, and name of the pool.Submit your receipt
Submit your ticket using the corresponding form, which you can find in the studio search under the profile of the respective swimming pool.
➡️ You can upload up to 10 tickets at once.
Important Notes:
Please provide only the email address registered in your Wellpass profile (App → top right icon → Edit Profile). Reimbursement is only possible if the email matches the one in your profile. Different email addresses cannot be considered.
The ticket date must be entered correctly – incorrect information will automatically lead to a rejection.
Only one ticket per facility per day will be reimbursed.
Under the EGYM Wellpass membership, only single tickets are reimbursed.
Time-based, season, family, and group tickets are not reimbursed.
💡 Only tickets from the month of your visit will be reimbursed, if submitted by the 3rd of the following month at the latest and if your membership was active at the time of the visit.
