Classbooking
There are two ways to book classes with our partner studios: either directly via the Wellpass app or through the studio's own booking platform. You can find the specific booking method in the studio search under the respective studio's profile.
💡You can book one class per studio per day. If you would like to attend multiple classes, you are welcome to do so at different partner locations on the same day.
Booking via the Wellpass App
➡️ Open the partner studio's profile and tap on "View Schedule" ➡️ Select the desired class, date, and time, then tap on "Book" ➡️ Please note the information regarding the cancellation policy ➡️ To link your check-in with the class, you must scan the QR code no earlier than one hour before the class starts or up to 30 minutes after the class ends.
💡 Important: Please always book the class first and only then check in on-site. A check-in performed before the class is booked cannot be assigned to the session.
💡 It is not sufficient for the staff on-site to mark you as "present" – please make sure to always check in independently using the Wellpass app.

Please follow the cancellation policies for your classes. By canceling in time, we can offer your spot to another member. This ensures everyone has a fair chance to participate and no one misses out on the opportunity to join. 👍
💡 Cancellation periods may vary depending on the partner. You can find specific information directly under the booking details for each class.
➡️ For class bookings that are not processed through the Wellpass app, please contact the partner directly regarding their cancellation policy.

If a class is booked but not attended or canceled too late, the member will be required to reimburse Wellpass for the resulting costs in the future.
➡️ For a booked class that is neither attended nor canceled, a fee of 10 EUR will be charged in the future.
➡️ In the event of a late cancellation, the fee is reduced to 5 EUR.
💡 These amounts will be automatically debited using the stored payment details four days after the missed or late-canceled class. By accepting this regulation, the member expressly agrees to these terms (Section 8 of our Terms and Conditions).

💡 If you cancel a class after the free cancellation period has expired (depending on the studio), you will not be able to book another class for the same day at the same studio – even if the cancellation was accidental or if you simply wanted to attend an earlier or later session.
In this case, the cancellation is recorded by the system as a "Late Cancellation." This means that the studio will still be paid for your booking. For this reason, the spot cannot be released again or re-booked.
➡️ What can you keep in mind for the future? Please ensure that you only cancel classes that you actually no longer wish to attend, especially if the cancellation deadline has already passed.

If your class was canceled by the partner/studio itself, no fee will be charged, of course. 👍
💡 Should you still receive a payment request in this case, please contact us directly. To do so, please use the chatbot in the bottom right corner and follow the path "Canceled and missed classes."

💡 Did you attend the class but still receive a "missed class" email?
Possible reasons for this could be:
➡️ The check-in was not successfully recorded.
➡️ To link your check-in with the class, you must scan the QR code no earlier than one hour before the class starts or up to 30 minutes after the class ends. Your check-in may have been outside of this timeframe.
➡️ You booked more than one class with the same partner on the same day.
